DROP-INS

Drop Ins Page Banner

For students who are not able to commit to a course, we do offer the ability to drop into one of our ongoing dance courses. Drop-ins are intended for those who have an unpredictable schedule. Our dance course syllabus consists of the following format:

WEEK 1: Class begins with dance conditioning and stretching to help students warm up and become more flexible. A new song is selected for the month and brand new choreography is taught to students.

WEEK 2: Class begins with dance conditioning and stretching. Instructor reviews all choreography that was taught in week 1, and new choreography is added on.

WEEK 3: Class begins with dance conditioning and stretching. Instructor reviews all choreography that was taught in week 1 and week 2, and final choreography is taught to students.

WEEK 4Class begins with dance conditioning and stretching. Instructor reviews and perfects all choreography learned in week 1, 2, and 3. No new choreography is taught on this day. Students learn stylization and how to execute each move correctly. Week 4 is very exciting as students have the opportunity to film what they have practiced at the end of class.
