FREEZE POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:

FREEZES ARE MEANT TO BE USED FOR CIRCUMSTANCES LIKE MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND PREGNANCY THAT RESULT IN A STUDENT HAVING TO MISS CLASS FOR A MONTH OR MORE. 

 

If you have to miss 2-3 classes during the month of your course, we do not recommend freezing, as each student is only allowed 1 freeze per year. Our team works hard to upload weekly videos for each dance class in the STUDENT LOGIN just in case you have to miss a class or two. Keep in mind there is no new choreography learned during Week 4, allowing students who have missed previous choreography a chance to catch up.

Freezes allow for enrolled students' auto payment to be paused for the duration of their time away from class. Once the freeze ends, your monthly auto payment will automatically begin again on the first of the next month.

FREEZE FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE (FIRST OF THE MONTH)!
